Due to the high demand for Kohakutou candies, and the fact that we make most of our orders specifically to when you order, our current processing time for all orders is 10-15 business days from the time we receive your order.

Please also note that unless you place a "special order" and are guaranteed a delivery date, no processing times are guaranteed.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because we are dealing with food and for health reasons, we can not accept returns. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we do this for safety reasons for all of our customers and for our kitchen.
All packages sent by us are insured. If a package arrives damaged by USPS, you will need to file a claim with them. All orders will be provided with a tracking number for USPS. Any lost packages will be the responsibility of USPS once it leaves our hands.
If your package arrives heavily damaged due to lack of care in how we packaged our candies, please send photos to us to support@71sugarbrickroad.com. We will try to right our wrongs, but we simply can not replace every order for a broken candy here or there. Crystal candies can be delicate, but we will always ship them as best as we can.
