What about special dietary needs and preferences?
Our candies are mostly Vegan and Halal friendly, however, they are made in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, coconut, and dairy. Cross-contact may occur.
If any of our candies specifically use dairy, nuts, soy and/or gluten - the information will be listed on the individual listing for the candy. All listings for our candies share the ingredient list.
Why doesn't my candy look exactly like the photos?
Because they are hand crafted, no two pieces are ever the same and have some differentiation from the photos.
Why does your candy sometimes take so long to ship out?
All of our Kohakutou candies are made at home in small batches. When I started this little company, I wanted to make pretty Kohakutou - but most of all - I wanted it to be very flavorful. I work very hard to insure that I bring very flavorful and delicious candy in every batch. This is why I keep them small, and remain very hands on. It has become my passion!
